Is Intella training available?
Although Intella is very easy to use, training is available from our resellers. Please contact us to schedule a training.
How can I search e-mail attachments?
Intella will search both the e-mail and the attachment for the keyword(s).
What is required to run Intella?
Intella runs on PC’s with Windows XP (Service Pack 2) or Vista, 512 MB ram (1-2 GB recommended for optimum performance) and 2000 MB of disk-space for Intella installation. Allow extra space for case files and their user data.
What additional software is required?
Microsoft Office 2007 and Lotus Notes are required for indexing Outlook and Notes files respectively. Installing FResponse will convert Intella to a live forensics tool.
Can Intella de-duplicate data?
Intella de-duplicates both the email and the attachments during indexing. Intella can be set to show or hide duplicates while using it.
Can Intella index an Encase image?
Using a image mounting tool like Libewf Intella can index the Active files only. To index the unallocated you should first carve the image and save the data to a folder and index that along with the image using Intella.
