Cell Phone Forensics II - Certified H3 Course

This course focuses on the H3 Mobile Device Toolkit and provides training on how to obtain physical memory extractions and data analysis for cell phones and mobile devices not supported by automated cell phone forensic tools.

The H3 Toolkit training focuses on the extraction of binary data (commonly known as HEX dumping or flashing the mobile phone). The H3 process can provide investigators access to data even if the handset has password protection; is damaged; or the SIM card is missing.

Techniques covered enable the forensic investigator to perform a more thorough data analysis and examination using specialized techniques to interpret the variety of data formats associated with cell phone forensics.
